Position Summary
The Associate Athletic Director for External Affairs (AADEA) will serve of the Athletics Department's senior management team. The AADEA will provide strategic leadership, planning and oversight of athletic revenue generation, marketing, community relations and sponsorships in an effort to increase brand awareness, and affinity for Hornet Athletics. Within this scope, the AADEA will establish relationships and build rapport to generate revenue to support scholarships, discretionary operational expenses and special capital projects. The AADEA will also provide assigned sport supervision.
FLSA: Exempt
CSU Classification Salary Range: $ 4,583.00 - $ 13,750.00 per month
Hiring Range: $ 4,583.00 - $ 13,750.00 per month

Pay Plan: 12 months
Work Hours: Monday - Friday 8am- 5pm with the need to work outside of these to meet operational needs.

- 5 or more years' experience in administration at the NCAA Division I level.
- Experience in overseeing sport programs.
