Health Services Professional
Reports to the Director of Medical Services
-Operates in triad leadership structure with Medical Director and
Associate Director of Clinical Operations.
-Remains current on the scope of nursing practice and most recent
-Remains current with ACHA recommendations and AAAHC
-Reviews, revises, and develops nursing protocols and policies and
-Supports nursing leaders to ensure adequate onboarding of new
hires and documentation of required training and
-Provides clinical supervision, feedback on performance, and
coaching and mentoring to nursing leaders. May also do the same for
staff nurses/medical assistants as needed.
-Collaborates with Associate Director of Clinical Operations and
nursing leadership to provide effective employee resource
management for nursing, medical assistants, and student health
techs, including appropriate team member scheduling, hiring,
training, evaluating, mentoring, coaching and disciplinary
-Develops, plans, organizes, implements, and evaluates
patient-focused nursing care programs to ensure alignment with
strategic initiatives to provide optimal care to patients and their
-Develops, implements, and monitors nursing certification
program(s), policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with
established rules and regulations.
-Serves as the unit liaison to internal and external stakeholder
groups and leadership, providing organizational information and
representing the interests of the unit, patients, and their support
-Supports nursing team members in direct patient care as
-Collaborates with clinical informatics lead, medical director, and
associate director of clinic operations on quality improvement
initiatives to enhance patient and team satisfaction, as well as on
clinical initiatives to address patient care needs during times of
crises or during rollout of organizational initiatives.

Minimum 7- years of experience as a licensed RN required, with at
least 3 years in clinical settings.
Minimum 3- years of supervisory experience required.
College health experience preferred, but not required
RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure And/Or Compact State
Currently licensed in the state of Wisconsin, or able to be
licensed prior to start date
Current BLS required
