KEYS Student Facilitator (Temporary,
Blue Bell, PA
Montgomery County Community College invites
applications for the KEYS Student Facilitator
position. The KEYS Student Facilitator will be
responsible for facilitating the delivery of student
retention and career services for students of the KEYS Program
grant. The Student Facilitator will conduct intake interviews
and provide comprehensive case management services to the KEYS
Students including referring students to appropriate college
resources as well as community resources.
*This is a temporary grant paid position and is
contingent upon grant funding.
Essential Knowledge & Skills
- Bachelor degree required, in Human Services, Education, or
closely related disciplines.
- Experience in assisting unemployed, underemployed and first
generation college adult students.
- Additional administrative experience in a college student
support center or social service agency.
- Understanding and acceptance of community college philosophy,
practices, and population.
- Customer service orientation, and an ability to work well with
a diverse population of students and employees.
