The School of Entrepreneurship at Oklahoma State University
invites applications for an Assistant or Associate Professor
position in Entrepreneurship & Innovation. While the
preferred candidate has expertise/conducts research in more micro
areas of entrepreneurship or technology innovation, we welcome
applicants from all areas of entrepreneurship and related

A generous research incentive program is also offered by Spears
School of Business. The candidate will have the opportunity
to participate in doctoral teaching and supervision.
By August 2022, candidates should hold a Ph.D. in
Entrepreneurship (or related field) or be ABD. Candidates for the
position should demonstrate strong research potential in
entrepreneurship, preferably with an established record of
publishing in top-tier entrepreneurship journals. We expect faculty
members to pursue an active research program in entrepreneurship,
help supervise doctoral students, and perform undergraduate and
graduate-level teaching. We have a strong preference for candidates
who are pursuing high-impact scholarship and who are able to work
well with others in our collegial department.
The successful applicant will possess:
- Clear potential and commitment to scholarly research in the
field through a demonstrated pipeline of published, submitted and
working papers in reputable, peer-reviewed journals.

The Assistant or Associate Professor position is within the
Spears School of Business in the School of Entrepreneurship at
Oklahoma State University (https://entrepreneurship.okstate.edu).
The group currently has 6 tenure track entrepreneurship
scholars who consistently publish in top entrepreneurship
journals. The School is located on the main campus of
Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, OK and has an
international research community consisting of doctoral students
and faculty members from many countries.

departments in the Spears School of Business. The Spears School of
