Compensation and Benefits

Anticipated Hiring Salary Range: $3,897 - $4,170 per month

Full classification Salary Range: $3,897 -$7,051 per month
  • This is a full-time, probationary, exempt position.
The CSU system provides a comprehensive benefit package that includes medical, dental and vision plans, membership in the California Public Employees Retirement System (CalPERS), sick and vacation time, and 14 paid holidays a year. Job Summary

Under the direction of the Chief Diversity Officer, the position provides a full range of diverse and complex administrative and analytical functions to support the Cross Cultural and Gender Center and the President’s Commission on Human Relations and Equity (PCHRE). This position has direct contact with students, potential students, administrators, faculty, staff, and members of the community. The Administrative Analyst is responsible for providing general oversight and lead work direction for all administrative operations of the CCGC, monitoring the budget (receivables and expenditures) and preparing summary reports as required using database and spreadsheet programs. The incumbent will coordinate various events and activities requiring use of sound independent judgement and discretion, interpretation of policies, and contact with individuals of all levels of the University on- and off-campus with full accountability for workflow and completion for the work assigned.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and administrative work experience involving the study, analysis, and/or evaluation leading to the development or improvement of administrative policies, procedures, practices, or programs.
  • Two years of professional experience in analyzing, monitoring or preparing budgets or similar relevant experience
