Ca’ Foscari is looking for a researcher in the area of Economics, capable of inspiring students to become game-changers in their own fields and to make a genuine difference in the world.

Scientific commitment is on topics related to the econometric theory and practice of time series analysis.

Teaching commitment as specified in the regulation enforced at the University Ca’ Foscari University of Venice. In particular it will be necessary to guarantee courses in English at the undergraduate and master levels. In particular:

- Introduzione all’econometria
- Introduction to econometrics
- Econometrics

The position will be in the Department of Economics, a center that carries out innovative research in fields such as economics, finance, statistics and mathematics, covering all the legal, social, international, and environmental aspects of these disciplines.

The Department has recently received a “Department of Excellence” Award by the Italian Ministry of Education, Universities and Research. The Excellence Award has allowed the department to receive additional state funding to develop innovative projects on Economic and Risk Analytics for public policies.

The QS World University Ranking by subject has placed Ca’ Foscari of Venice among the top 250 universities in the world for Economics & Econometrics and Accounting & Finance.
