Description
Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of College of Health Sciences adjunct faculty contracts

  • Maintain and manage College of Health Sciences affiliation agreements and internships contract associated materials

  • Support the College of Health Sciences discipline specific clinical coordinators in student practicum and internship placements

  • Support the College of Health Sciences with discipline specific accreditation needs

  • Clinical education database management for discipline specific clinical coordinators

  • Assist with training of College of Health Sciences faculty and staff in electronic database systems (i.e. CastleBranch, Exxat, iContracts, Typhon, etc.)

  • Perform student background checks for specific Health Science programs

  • Maintain and manage College of Health Sciences education and community articulation agreements

  • Support the College of Health Sciences Budget Coordinator in the budgeting processes

  • Complete yearly reporting within the College of Health Sciences

  • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    Education and/or Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Bachelor's degree is desirable

  • Prior experience in an academic setting preferred

    Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and able to learn additional software applications

  • Proven computer and keyboard skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and listening skills

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively and positively with members of the College and University's constituencies

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Professional and business-like demeanor

  • Attention to detail
