Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of College of Health Sciences adjunct
faculty contracts
- Maintain and manage College of Health Sciences affiliation
agreements and internships contract associated materials
- Support the College of Health Sciences discipline specific
clinical coordinators in student practicum and internship
placements
- Support the College of Health Sciences with discipline specific
accreditation needs
- Clinical education database management for discipline specific
clinical coordinators
- Assist with training of College of Health Sciences faculty and
staff in electronic database systems (i.e. CastleBranch, Exxat,
iContracts, Typhon, etc.)
- Perform student background checks for specific Health Science
programs
- Maintain and manage College of Health Sciences education and
community articulation agreements
- Support the College of Health Sciences Budget Coordinator in
the budgeting processes
- Complete yearly reporting within the College of Health
Sciences
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Education and/or Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree is desirable
- Prior experience in an academic setting preferred
Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and able to learn additional
software applications
- Proven computer and keyboard skills
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively and positively with members of the
College and University's constituencies
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Professional and business-like demeanor
- Attention to detail
- Candidates must be willing and able to support and advance the
