(AA/S- Non-Exempt)
Compensation and Benefits
Anticipated Hiring Salary Range: $3,288 per month
Full classification Salary Range: $3,288 - $6,347 per month
- This full-time (equivalent to 40 hours per week) position is temporary and expected to end on or before 1/03/2023 . Extension of this assignment is contingent upon sufficient additional funding and satisfactory performance.
Job Summary
This position provides primary analyst support for the coding of transfer credit rules utilizing the uAchieve software. Provides support and works closely with the degree analyst encoder to produce an automated degree progress report (DPR). Participates in the development and enhancement of office automation. Primary responsibilities include the analysis of transfer credit with respect to campus and CSU system policy and ensuring that the uAchieve system is holding to these policies.

- Ability to compile, write, and present reports related to program or administrative specialty.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships within and outside the work group and serve as a liaison for the organizational unit.
Education and Experience
- General knowledge and skills in the applicable administrative and/or program field with a foundational knowledge of public administration principles, practices, and methods.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent training and administrative work experience involving study, analysis, and/or evaluation leading to the development or improvement of administrative policies, procedures, practices, or programs.
