Job Description:

The CEPD Marketing Manager manages the development and implementation of an integrated marketing and communication plan for the school that aligns with the College’s mission and strategic goals. The position develops and manages budgets in support of strategic marketing initiatives aimed at increasing student recruitment and enrollment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

•Manages the development of content production, including promotional and informational materials, video, photography and design
•Develops and executes marketing strategy for the School of CEPD
•Analyses and utilizes market research, data analysis, and creativity to implement strategic marketing plans to increase the schools’ enrollment
•Reinforces and enhances college and school brand
•Updates and reviews digital and creative documents based on market trends and data
•Keeps abreast emerging trends and utilizes best practices in brand management, marketing, and communication technologies
•Prepares, manages marketing budget, allocates resources, and tracks spending in alignment with school’s performance goals

Minimum Requirements:

•Master’s degree in marketing, communication, public relation, journalism, business or a related field and three (3) years of professional experience in communications or Bachelor’s degree in a related field and seven (7) years of related experience.
•Knowledge of content creation and management. Knowledge building inbound marketing campaigns, SEO/SEM and digital advertising and communications strategies
•Demonstrated abilities in graphic design and photography, including use of Adobe Creative Suite. Project management experience with exceptional client relation, organization, and analytical skills
