Job Summary
The Enrollment Services Coordinator for the Liberty Campus will serve as the primary resource for enrollment-related support for prospective and enrolled students on the Liberty Campus, including admission, financial aid, student accounts, and registration-related concerns and questions. They will serve as an integral part of the Liberty Campus staff with close working relationships with the Director and Assistant Director of the Liberty Campus.

Responsibilities
  • Perform related duties as assigned to support the mission of the University
  • Maintain a working knowledge of needs specific to the military-affiliated population including tuition classification processes, joint service transcript credit, and available aid sources
  • Work closely with Liberty Campus academic advisors to understand advisement/registration timelines and processes, program offerings, and campus transfer processes
  • Assist in requesting and issuing enrollment documentation like certifications and transcripts
  • Assess student needs and monitor metrics to ensure efficient and quality services are provided for student success
  • Ensure compliance with Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and other privacy and security protocols dealing with student educational records within department
  • Develop and perform concierge-level outreach to prospective and continuing students on admission, aid, and other enrollment-related processes
  • Counsel students and their supporters on admissions-related items including the application
  • process, program of study options, residency/tuition classification, and transfer credits
  • Counsel students and their supporters on financial aid and student account-related items including the federal aid application and aid awards and student account balances and payment options
  • Intake, log, and route admissions, aid, tuition classification, and other enrollment documents
  • Assist Admissions staff in planning strategic recruitment initiatives based on the unique student needs at Liberty Campus along with planning and implementing campus visit events and tours
  • Participate in the planning and implementation of orientation and transition programming to include SOAR and The Eagle Experience for Liberty Campus students
  • Assist Admissions in attending recruitment events local to the Liberty Campus

Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree

Required Experience
  • Two (2) or more years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Educational Qualifications
  • Master's degree

Preferred Experience
  • Experience in college admissions, financial aid, or other enrollment areas
  • Experience with Banner student information system
  • Experience working at a multi-campus institution

Proposed Salary
$38,000

This position is non-exempt, paid on a biweekly basis
