Job Summary/Basic Function

The Rawlings Sport Business Management Program Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Rawlings Sport Business Management Program and Program Director. The ideal candidate will also manage communications, correspond with key program partners and assist in the overall organization of the online Sport Business Management program. The successful candidate must be committed to fostering a culturally diverse atmosphere for faculty, staff and students.

Responsibilities:
Assist in the organization of the online sport business management program
· Organize adjunct meetings and communication
· Coordinate advisory board meetings and communication
· Develop tracking mechanisms for the program
· Serve as liaison to Marketing, Admissions, etc. for the program
· Assist with online RSBM faculty coordination and integration

Coordinate partnership communication and contractual initiatives
· Act as contract fulfillment designee
· Write Rawlings Sports Business Management newsletter
· Write proof of performance documents (POP) for partners in conjunction with RSBM Program.
· Assist in partnership growth
· Organize day to day operations of the partnerships
· Coordinate partnership meetings and programs
· Coordinate all communicaton between professionals, alumni, current/prospective students, and adjuncts

Other duties
· Organize all volunteer opportunities
· Coordinate and write Rawlings Sports Business Management newsletter
· Prepare and manage digital presence. Prepare website updates for web team, write bi-monthly web content, and manage social media presence (Facebook page, etc.).
· Insure quality and accuracy of databases; Assist in Rawlings Sports Business Management
database management.
· Provide administrative support to the Rawlings Sports Business Management Program Director



Minimum Qualifications



· Bachelor’s degree
· Two years of professional work experience
· Excellent time-management and organizational skills
· Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
· Strong computer skills, including Excel proficiency and database management experience
· Knowledge of social media and digital presence optimization
· Detail-oriented and efficient
· Excellent problem solving skills



Preferred Qualifications



· Prior experience as program coordinator or relevant position
· Previous project management experience
· Prior experience in higher education
