Position Summary:
An EKU Construction and Repair Tech I assists the craft foreman and structural supervisor in implementing and completing assigned work orders including, but not limited to construction, demolition, removal, cleanup, and repair as well as assisting other areas of facilities services as needed.

Minimum Education:
High school diploma or GED

Minimum Experience:
One (1) year of experience.

Job Functions:
Facilitate - review assigned work orders, determine resources and supplies needed, make and document all necessary measurements
Complete the installation, general demolition, repair and installation
Assists others in the processing of general work orders
Maintain records of time, materials and resources
Ensures efficient operations of Facilities Mgmt.
