Develop, build, and launch online applications for all OPCP programs across four academic year 8-week sessions for fall and spring in addition to the multiple applications required for summer. Monitor starts, in-progress, and submitted applications. Coordinate with marketing and communications personnel for implementation of a multi-phase email and phone communications plan. Manage online applications by applying appropriate tags, managing related communications with applicants, placing timely and accurate comments on applications based on those communications, and updating the status of individual applications toward their review for program admission. Updating various OPCP databases with applicant information. Shared responsibility for inquiry management – phone, email, chat, and walk-in with other department personnel. Assist marketing and communications personnel as needed for the coordination and distribution of promotional information and material. Assist pre-college program specialists and department personnel in the preparation for and delivery of all OPCP summer programs (on campus, online, on location, and hybrid). Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • At least one year experience in customer relations preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance in the creation, management, and processing of all applications through the enrollment management funnel and various software systems.
  • Delivery of essential student and parent support from inquiry to in-progress and submitted applications through the entire student experience including the student ambassador program once students have completed their program.
  • Provide support to marketing and communications personnel when necessary and in consideration of the cyclical duties of departmental personnel from course development through student exit surveys in the OPCP’s various programs.
