Job Description
Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Worldwide Campus is currently interviewing for a Dual Enrollment Advisor to work from the Worldwide Headquarters in Daytona Beach, Florida. The Dual Enrollment (DE) Advisor serves as the primary point of contact for all Dual Enrollment Students. This position guides all Dual Enrollment Prospects and Students through each phase of the admissions and enrollment process. The DE Advisor also serves as the Academic Advisor for all Dual Enrollment students once they are enrolled into the program. The DE Advisor will also provide operations support to all areas of the Dual Enrollment Program.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- (1-3) years of work-related experience
Required skills, knowledge, abilities:
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively with others both orally and in writing.
- Ability to represent the department and university in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills with all age groups and diverse populations is required.
- Ability to organize work effectively, conceptualize and prioritize objectives and exercise independent judgment based on an understanding of organizational policies and activities.
- Demonstrate discretion, ability to work independently, and be a self-starter
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work effectively under pressure, at times with short deadlines.
- Possess advanced organizational skills and have the ability to prioritize workload and multitask.
- Ability to use a personal computer and other office equipment, including university-related software and email.
- Professional experience in higher education with diverse populations of students.
- Knowledge of dual credit programs and student development theory.
