Job Summary
The Enrollment Management Front Desk Assistant serves as the first point of contact for visitors to the Enrollment Management suite and provides administrative support for unit. The Front Desk Assistant handles a variety of duties including greeting visitors, answering phone calls and responding to emails in a professional manner.
Job Description
Essential Job Duties:
Typical duties include but are not limited to:
- Answers incoming phone calls from prospective students, parents, and others.
- Provides information, answers general questions, and routes calls to the appropriate person.
- Responds to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Corresponds with perspective students, currents students, faculty and staff by email.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Additional Job Description
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening skills to respond appropriately and to interact positively with office constituents.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Tools.
- Experience with call management systems.

- Demonstrate skills necessary to look at situations and processes critically to make recommendations for improvement.
Anticipated work schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00AM - 4:00PM
