Front Range Community College (FRCC) seeks an innovative, collaborative, visionary, and equity minded leader as its next President. As a public, open-access, and diverse institution, FRCC is guided by its mission to enrich lives through learning. FRCC seeks as its next President a proven leader with unequivocal dedication to its mission who will energize and lead the FRCC community into the next era.

FRCC is part of the 13-institution Colorado Community College System (CCCS). FRCC serves the region north of the Denver metro area and provides quality educational offerings at its three campus locations (the Larimer Campus in Fort Collins; the Boulder County Campus in Longmont; and the Westminster Campus in Westminster) and the Brighton Center (in Brighton, CO). In addition to its physical locations, FRCC also offers comprehensive online education. The college plays a significant role in providing access to education and opportunity to nearby residents as well as to students from around the state. FRCC is the largest community college in CCCS and the state of Colorado.

Reporting to the Chancellor of CCCS, the President will work with system leadership and the FRCC community to advance the college to new levels of excellence in a challenging environment. Success in FRCC’s next era will require an ongoing assessment and streamlining of existing administrative structures, academic programs, student services, and the creation of new opportunities. In addition, attention to increasing student enrollment and retention of students, staff, and faculty will also be critical to the college’s future growth. The next President must identify new partnerships and strengthen existing relationships with local and state governments, businesses, alumni, other educational institutions, and community organizations; generate and steward financial resources; and ensure that the college continues to be a dynamic learning resource that empowers students to succeed. Importantly, this leader must become an integral and welcoming member of the communities served by FRCC.
