Key Position Information:
The applicant should be familiar with the engineering technology department and will be required to assist:
  • the Biomedical Engineering Technology instructor with lab activiites
  • students with lab activities
  • in watching the lab

Must be a current SPC Student, not receiving any financial aid.

Majority of the work will be done at the Tarpon Springs campus with some travel to Clearwater.


Position Summary:
Typical Essential Duties
  • Procures and maintains stock of specialized items utilized in the department facilities.
  • Performs laboratory set up for faculty
  • Orders supplies and equipment as needed for instruction
  • Maintains clean, orderly and well supplied prep room and classroom
  • Provide copies of course material for instructors
  • Performs related duties as required


Requirements::
Education:

High School diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred.

Experience:

Two (2) years experience in field.

* An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job may be acceptable in lieu of those requirements listed above.
