Position Summary

Working under general supervision with our Research teams in the largest comprehensive university-connected research foundation in the country, you will develop, implement, monitor, coordinate and manage activities to maintain effective operation of a program that requires the theoretical and practical application of a body of highly specialized knowledge. Requires a high level of discretion, judgment, collaboration and initiative to accomplish goals. May include supervisory duties.

Assigned tasks may include:
  • Work collaboratively with faculty and professionals to advance the goals of the project
  • Observe, collect, analyze data and write summary reports
  • Coordinate field and laboratory work
  • Develop and maintain databases
  • Orient, train and monitor others assigned to projects
  • Use specialized methods for data collation and interpretation

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree in a specific specialty, or its equivalent, is required. Requires advanced knowledge of scientific, medical or other disciplinary terminology and associated mathematical competence usually demonstrated by a bachelor’s degree, with a concentration in applicable discipline. Incumbents typically have directly related experience in research techniques.
