Job Description:

The Department of Business & Economics at Salve Regina University invites applications for a full-time Lecturer in Accounting with a start date of August 22, 2022. This is non- tenure track role.

The successful candidate will teach undergraduate and graduate courses in accounting and contribute to cross-disciplinary curriculum development. Preference will be given to candidates with experience integrating accounting analytics and technology into college-level courses. In addition, successful candidates will demonstrate teaching excellence, industry experience, and a strong ability to mentor and advise both undergraduate and graduate students.


Requirements:

The minimum educational requirement for this position is a Master's degree. Candidates who have earned the CPA or CMA credential and have extensive accounting and teaching experience are especially encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will be available to teach courses during the day on our beautiful campus in Newport, RI. The teaching load is 4-4 or the equivalent in credit hours.
