success?
The International Institute for Restorative Practices (IIRP) is a
thriving graduate school valued for our work building relationships
and community. We need a member of our leadership team who can help
us build a marketing unit to keep pace with our ambition to
influence social change. We have invested in market research to
hone our brand and seek a Director of Marketing responsible for
developing initiatives that generate enrollment.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
- 5 years of direct experience developing and managing multi-channel marketing and communication plans.
- 5 years’ experience in enrollment management, preferably with adult learners.
- Proven track record assessing targeted marketing plans that produce measurable and scalable results.
- Commitment to establishing trust and managing staff, vendors, and contractors.
The ideal candidate will bring a proven record testing digital media and marketing efforts and is excited by a fast-paced environment that pauses to reflect, look at the data, and acknowledge teamwork among faculty and staff.
