The International Institute for Restorative Practices (IIRP) is a thriving graduate school valued for our work building relationships and community. We need a member of our leadership team who can help us build a marketing unit to keep pace with our ambition to influence social change. We have invested in market research to hone our brand and seek a Director of Marketing responsible for developing initiatives that generate enrollment.


Requirements: 

  • Master's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
  • 5 years of direct experience developing and managing multi-channel marketing and communication plans.
  • 5 years’ experience in enrollment management, preferably with adult learners.
  • Proven track record assessing targeted marketing plans that produce measurable and scalable results.
  • Commitment to establishing trust and managing staff, vendors, and contractors.

 

The ideal candidate will bring a proven record testing digital media and marketing efforts and is excited by a fast-paced environment that pauses to reflect, look at the data, and acknowledge teamwork among faculty and staff. This is a leader who enjoys digging through data, playing with creative workflows, and mentoring others in Salesforce/Pardot environment for the greater good. The Director of Marketing is passionate about higher education and will appreciate that our tuition revenue bucks pandemic trends. In the past five years we’ve grown our graduate student body from 191 to 291 students.

 
The IIRP Graduate School was established to advance restorative practices, the science of relationships and community. We offer advanced master's degrees and graduate certificates to dedicated individuals who believe healthy relationships are the key to continual improvement in their professional environment. 
 
We are based in historic downtown Bethlehem, PA and have a hybrid work environment to accommodate international staff. Office hours are Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm ET. Learn more at iirp.edu.
