Randolph-Macon College is accepting applications for an Associate Director of Annual Giving . Duties include: cultivating and soliciting donors to support the college’s annual fund; assisting with the department’s stewardship programs; recruiting, coordinating, and facilitating volunteer programs; and managing a portfolio of donors.

 

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree with at least three years of successful fund-raising experience, preferably in higher education.  Applicants will possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to recruit and motivate volunteers, an understanding and excitement about the process of solicitation and relationship-building through cultivation, persuasive writing and speaking skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and database software.  Flexibility and willingness to travel and work weekends and evenings required.
