Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University's Worldwide campus is currently hiring adjunct faculty to teach AASI 610 - Aviation and Aerospace Organization Development, Leadership & Workforce Development.
Course Description
Aviation and aerospace industries reach across cultural and international boundaries. This course encompasses contemporary organization development (OD) and interventions that help organizations balance economic, social, and environmental objectives and behavioral issues in the industry. The course examines the principles of organization development, change, leadership, cross-cultural communications, diversity, and social equity.
Qualifications
A minimum of a Doctorate degree in discipline is required (please see list of acceptable disciplines below), as well as relevant industry experience from within the last 7 years.

Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM)
Degrees Within the Teaching Discipline
Business Administration (Ph.D., DBA)
