Job Description
Drives the development and management of ADES Childcare Assistance Program, and oversees the program budget and staffing requirements to ensure the program meets detailed objectives.
Grant eligibility creation, application and distribution - 30%
- Elicits requirements for the Childcare Assistant Program; works collaboratively with more experienced business analysts and solution architects as necessary
- Create program guidelines including defining student eligibility to be consistent with Interagency Service Agreement
- Research number of eligible student parents in qualifying educational programs
- Collaborate with associated University departments and degree programs
- Create plan to effectively utilize entirety of grant for duration of program
- Research and collaborate with sister institutions regarding their management of the program
- Create OnBASE application
- Collaborate with OnBase TEAM, SASI, OFSA, etc.
- Create verification processes for academic and financial statuses
Grant disbursement - 30%
- Create and execute payment and reimbursement process
- Recruitment and outreach efforts to eligible students
- Promote program/create marketing materials
- Recognize and escalate unusual situations or problems; engage in process improvement activities, as needed
Reporting - 20%
- Compiles data, prepares reports, and creates recommendations in support of ADES semesterly update requirements and to ensure University business needs are met
Supervision - 15%
- Hire and supervise student workers or interns to assist with administrative functions
Other - 5%
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- 1-2 years of project management experience.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Two years work experience in educational or similar setting
