About the Opportunity:
Responsible for leading and influencing HR activities within scope in terms of talent assessment, performance management, and development of employees and teams. Acts as broker and conduit for HR services (talent acquisition, compensation, learning and training etc.), and partners with HR Centers of Excellence colleagues to meet the needs of the organizations they support. Serves as the HR consultant on Employee relations matters within scope including interpretation of policy and practice, by applying HR best practices and ensuring compliance with university policy and practice, as well as employment and labor law.
