The College of Information Studies (iSchool) seeks a Curriculum and Enrollment Manager to support the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and the Academic Programs team in ensuring excellence in teaching and student services.  This position will supervise a team of 4, and manage centralized College support for all undergraduate, graduate and certificate programs. 

Specific Duties include:
  • Supporting Directors of Undergraduate and Graduate Operations to create semester schedules
  • Supporting Associate Dean for Academic Affairs to create new revenue-generating programs
  • Submitting new course and program proposals 
  • Tracking program and course proposals and their statuses
  • Amalgamating College data to make high-level extrapolations from them 
  • Advises Dean’s suite and Academic Programs team on uses of data, changes in policy, etc.
  • Accepting requests for program support, triaging and distilling them as necessary, then assigning and supporting the specialists and coordinators as they serve College stakeholders
  • Serving as team liaison to Special Initiatives and Events Coordinator and plays a significant role in planning and implementing academic events
Minimum Qualifications:   -Bachelor degree required. Four years experience in higher education, to include: data management, curriculum management, course scheduling
-Ability to develop new analysis strategies and effectively communicate extrapolate conclusions derived from large datasets
-Excellent organizational skills
-Strong interpersonal skills -2 years of supervisory experience   Preferred Qualifications:   -Knowledge of University of Maryland systems, such as SIS, Datawarehouse/Warehouse on the Web (WOW), PHR, Testudo Curriculum Management, Advise on the Web, U.achieve, and 25Live SIS, Datawarehouse   Best Consideration Date: 01/13/2022
