Springfield College invites applications for a full-time 9-month tenure-track Assistant Professor position in Criminal Justice beginning August 2022. A Ph.D. in Criminal Justice or closely related terminal degree from an accredited institution, and prior experience teaching at the college level, is required. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to contribute to a strong and growing program. Candidates should be prepared to teach the program’s core and elective courses; the program would also welcome expertise in the areas of the U.S. Legal System or Cybercrime.  Primary responsibilities include teaching four courses each semester and advising undergraduate students.  We seek candidates who strive to be excellent teachers with demonstrated potential for an active research agenda and service to and beyond the college.

Ph.D. in Criminal Justice or closely related terminal degree from an accredited institution.  Prior experience teaching at the college level is required.
