Gannon University, a Catholic university, invites applications for a full-time, 12-month Staff Therapist position in the Health & Counseling Services Office. This therapist will operate as a generalist, providing a full range of clinical services to a diverse population of undergraduate and graduate students, including triage, intake assessment, and referral; individual and group counseling; crisis intervention; outreach programming; and consultation. Special consideration will be given to candidates who have experience and expertise providing services for marginalized populations such as LGBTQ+ and BIPOC students.
 
Qualifications include a master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field; three to five years of clinical experience in outpatient mental health, preferably in a college setting; clinical experience with adolescents/ adults from diverse backgrounds; LPC or LCSW is required. Must possess a current/active license in PA or a current/active license in another state and be able to complete requirements of PA licensure within 90 days of hire. Must be able to support and promote the University's Mission.
