The program is geared for students entering the rapidly expanding environmental field, especially in environmental science, planning and regulation, and environmental education. Because of the interdisciplinary nature of environmental challenges, the program seeks to integrate paradigms and approaches from a range of related disciplines in the sciences, social sciences, and humanities. With 60-100 graduate students, the program offers an exciting and rewarding academic experience for its students and its faculty. For further information, please refer to the Environmental Studies homepage: http://hss.fullerton.edu/envstud/

Candidates should demonstrate their ability to interact and work effectively with a wide and culturally diverse range of students, including first-generation college students.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Preference will be given to those with experience in working with diverse populations and fostering a collaborative, supportive and inclusive environment. Preference will also be given to those with substantial relevant work experience and those who bring professional capabilities.
