Description

The Biology Instructional Office and the Department of Molecular Biosciences are seeking two
full-time, instructional faculty positions (non-tenured) for the 2022-23 academic year. Duties
include teaching organized upper-division undergraduate courses in the following areas:
biochemistry, cell biology, and molecular biology. Candidates qualified to teach in two of these
areas are highly desirable. Service, committee assignments, curriculum development and other professional development opportunities are available.
Applications and three letters of recommendation should be received by January 31, 2022 for full consideration by the search committee. We are interested in candidates who will contribute to diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity in higher education through their teaching and
service. Salary negotiable based on experience.

Qualifications

A PhD in biochemistry, cell or molecular biology, and previous teaching experience are strongly preferred. A master's degree is required. A full-time teaching load is 3 courses per semester. Must be eligible to work in the US on a full-time basis for any employer without sponsorship.
