Job Summary: SUNY Brockport invites applications for an Instructor position in the Department of Nursing to begin Fall Semester 2022. Position has responsibility for teaching 12 credits per semester in the 100% on-line RN to BSN program, engaging in limited scholarly activity, and providing service to the department and the profession.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Masters degree in nursing from a college or university accredited by a U.S. Department of Education recognized accrediting organization.
  
• Valid NYS professional nursing license.
  
• A minimum of two years of practice as a Registered Nurse.
  
• Experience teaching in the online milue.
  
• Ability to work effectively with students, public, college community and external constituencies, with an appreciation for cultural and group differences.
  Preferred Qualifications:
  
• Experience with the development of curriculum.
  
• Knowledge of basic computer programs and information technology systems.
