The School of Theatre & Dance in the Kathrine G. McGovern College of the Arts at the University of Houston invites applications for an adjunct position to teach CAD I and CAD II at the graduate level beginning spring semester 2022.

The successful candidate will teach THEA 6309: CAD I teaching intermediate level 2D AutoCad drawing as well as the 3D capabilities as they pertain to entertainment design and technology at the graduate level. The successful candidate will teach THEA 6398: CAD II t eaching intermediate level 2D VectorWorks drawing as well as the 3D capabilities as they pertain to entertainment design and technology at the graduate level.

Qualifications :

MFA i n Theatre Design/Technology or equivalent professional experience for the CAD classes. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience with the platform in a professional setting.
