Position Summary
Adjunct clinical instructor to assist with the entrepreneurship law center (e-Law Center). Job duties will be 100% supervising student teams as part of the entrepreneurship law center. This will include but is not limited to reviewing student work product as it pertains to clients of the e-Law Center Clinic. The scope of services provided may include formation, structure, investor finance strategy, intellectual property, NDAs, vendor agreements, regulatory guidance, employment agreements, and discrete research projects.

Minimum Qualifications
Admitted attorney in New York State with at least 3 years of experience working with business transactions and/or intellectual property matters (including patent prosecution)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with high growth startups and venture backed companies a plus.
