Job Summary

The primary responsibilities of this position are: to provide outstanding customer service to our students, instructors, staff, and guests; to serve as the eyes on the building, being aware of people entering and leaving the facility; and to communicate needs and concerns with campus departments which support the facility.

Required Qualifications

• Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel
• Effective interpersonal skills
• Exercise good judgment and initiative

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with the public
• Phone and face to face customer service experience
