Position Summary
Under the general direction of the Enrollment Services Director, the incumbent is responsible for scheduling class sections in CMS for academic credit special session and extension programs, Winter Intersession and Continuous Enrollment, including day/time meeting patterns, adjustment codes, fee and accounting information. Working with academic credit program staff, the incumbent reviews and updates course and financial information in C2K related to the academic credit courses and Winter Intersession courses. Using reports created from C2K, the incumbent maintains course information on the Master Calendar that is needed for the generation of class lists and grade reports. Additionally, the incumbent provides assistance to learners who are registering for regular, contract, residence credit extension courses, External Degree courses, Winter Intersession, Open University and Continuous Enrollment courses by receipting payments, processing registrations, providing course information or fielding questions to the appropriate programmer. The incumbent balances and submits daily CashNet deposits for payments and maintains records of all learner enrollments and transactions. The incumbent is also responsible for assisting faculty and learners navigating through My Sac State, Student Center and Faculty Center. The incumbent will assist faculty and learners in problem solving.

Minimum Qualifications
Entry to this classification requires a fully functional knowledge of and skill in standard office procedures and practices, as well as an ability to understand and operate in a variety of organizational structures. Additionally, incumbents are expected to have a thorough knowledge of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation and be able to clearly communicate orally and in writing. Some positions may require a knowledge of business mathematics beyond basic arithmetic. The ability to use and quickly learn new office support technology systems and software packages is also a prerequisite. These entry qualifications would normally be obtained through a high school program, technical/vocational program, or their equivalents combined with several years of related office work experience.

3. Ability to analyze situations and take appropriate action or provide guidance to others on appropriate action to take.
4. Ability to perform standard business math, such as calculate ratios and percentages, track financial data, and make simple projections.
5. Ability to draft and compose correspondence and standard reports.
6. Ability to organize, manage and implement multiple projects or assignments.
7. Interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of staff and external constituencies
8. Strong customer service skills.
9. Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
10. Organizational and time management skills to prioritize and multi-task to meet goals and deadlines.
11. Team oriented

12. Experience working in a higher or continuing education environment.
13. Experience with registration, record-keeping, payment processing and outreach.
14. Experience working with faculty, staff, and a diverse population of learners.
15. Knowledge of CSU software applications such as Common Management System (CMS); Continuity Spectrum (C2K).
