Indiana Tech seeks qualified
applicants for the IT Business Analyst position. A specialist in
the analysis and improvement of business processes who is
responsible to
coordinate the development and design of integrations, workflows,
and data integrity initiatives which support Indiana Techs
traditional and CPS admission offices. One of the primary
responsibilities of the position are the CRM (Slate) processes
which support admission offices. The position reports to the CIO
but works embedded and collaboratively with the admission
departments.
Principal Duties
& Responsibilities
Lead the development, implementation,
and management of processes and workflows in the Admissions CRM
(Slate) and ECM (Hyland Content).
Collect and analyze business
requirements from the admissions team and transfer that knowledge
to the IT Services team.
Lead requirements analysis,
validation, and verification to ensure that statements are
complete, consistent, concise, unambiguous, and verifiable.
Effectively communicate (verbal and
written) with both technology and business experts to define and
explain requirements and processes.
Facilitate requirements
prioritization based on business value.
Manage process upgrades through
effective user acceptance testing and generally accepted use of
change control processes.
Maintain a deep understanding of
business processes used in admissions.
Lead initiatives through the
enforcement of deadlines, schedules, and methodologies.
Actively engage and support
operations to ensure admission processes are working as
designed.
Maintain effective technical
expertise in the CRM in order to equip others to create rules,
reports, and dashboard.
Remain current through ongoing
training
Support operations in other areas
when available and needed

Qualifications
Bachelor Degree preferred
Experience with CRM application
required.
Enterprise Content Management (ECM),
marketing, and sales operations helpful
Strong technical and analytical
