Colorado Shakespeare Festival.

in association with the University of Colorado Boulder. Since 1958,
the festival has celebrated and explored Shakespeare and his
continuing influence and vitality through productions of superior
artistic quality, education and community engagement.
CSF strives to preserve the classics of the past and pursue the
classics of the future. Fueled by artistry and scholarship, the
festival seeks to expand the cultural richness of the region by
inspiring, challenging and cultivating the imagination of audiences

What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
What You Should Know
- Perform skilled carpentry work through the use of a variety of
materials related to the construction of theatrical scenery.
- Assist with the planning, layout, construction, and
installation of scenic projects while working closely with the
Technical Directors to ensure that the scenic elements of the
productions are completed with an emphasis on quality and

- The hourly rate is $15.00
Temporary positions at the University of Colorado are not
benefits-eligible, however, all positions are eligible for paid sick leave

- One year of related experience demonstrating the required

- The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration,
communication, and technical skills, and be able to maintain high
quality / standards and a safe and supportive work environment
while working on tight timelines.
- Commitment to an inclusive, diverse, and equitable workplace
- Rigging experience.
- Strong carpentry skills in both wood and steel
- Teaching / mentoring experience preferred.
