Applicants will demonstrate artistic or scholarly experience with national or international impact; commitment and excellence in the classroom; a record of leadership; and enthusiasm for shaping the future of an ambitious, growing program that combines theory and practice at a major research university with a diverse student population.

Essential duties include teaching four courses annually at the undergraduate/graduate level; university service; scholarly research and/or creative practice. We welcome applicants from historically marginalized groups, including Hispanic, Black, Native, and AAPI. We are especially interested in applicants who can contribute to a diverse campus community through their teaching, service, and mentoring.
