Oregon Institute of Technology is seeking applications for a
full-time, tenure-track, 9-month faculty position at the rank of
Assistant Professor. Our new colleague will support both our
Masters of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis and Bachelors of
Science in Applied Psychology programs. Responsibilities include
teaching graduate and undergraduate courses in ABA, other
undergraduate courses in our new colleagues’ area of expertise,
participating in research and scholarly activities, and providing
service to the department and college, including clinical
supervision of students and other duties in our BIG ABA
clinic.
The position reports to the Chair of the Department of Humanities
and Social Sciences. The Director of the BIG ABA clinic is
responsible for assignment and evaluation of clinic-related
activities.
Required: Doctorate degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field, BCBA, experience teaching at the graduate and/or undergraduate level, experience in designing and/or implementing evidence-based treatment for children with developmental disabilities, autism, and/or challenging behaviors
Preferred: BCBA-D, Experience in supervision of BCBA candidates, BCaBAs and RBT/behavioral technicians, Experience working in clinic, home, and community settings, directing technicians and/or conducting parent training
