The University of Central Missouri’s Division of Computer Information Systems and Analytics have a non tenure position available that primarily teaches CIS, Big Data and Business Analytics undergraduate and graduate courses. Research and professional enhancement as needed by AACSB and ABET .

Program Information:
The programs in the School of Business Administration have been accredited by the AACSB -International since 1995. The undergraduate program is also ABET accredited. The CIS program offers baccalaureate and master’s degrees in Computer Information Systems and Big Data Analytics and IT.

Campus Information:
UCM’s 1,561-acre campus is located in Warrensburg, a town of about 19,000 residents located 50 miles southeast of Kansas City. We also offer classes at the UCM Summit Center located in Lee’s Summit, and our extended campus offers degrees in additional locations. Over 10,000 students from 49 states and 59 countries attend classes on the UCM campus. With its close proximity to Kansas City and the Lake of the Ozarks, Warrensburg offers residents an abundance of cultural and recreational opportunities.   • A PhD in Computer Information Systems or Big Data and Analytics from an Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business ( AACSB ) accredited program is strongly preferred.
  • Candidates with a closely related doctoral degree will also be considered.
  • ABD candidates will be considered.
Computer Skills Class Management Software Experience
Experience in teaching CIS and Big Data Courses, especially at the graduate level is preferred.

Professional certification is desired.
