Position Summary:
This positions work in a public service capacity by staffing a public service desk both in person and on-line. The position aids in the creation of digital learning objects. The position also aids in the collection and dissemination of statistics related to reference services. This position is also responsible for delivering information literacy instruction to groups of students.

Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s Degree

One year of related experience required.
