This position offers a hybrid work opportunity, however, employee
needs to be within commutable distance to Dartmouth College as
there are times employee will need to work on campus.

To manage activities and programs supporting stewardship for
Dartmouth’s alumni and friends, including managing the design,
creation, and order fulfillment of branded token gifts; to serve as
the point-of-contact for the creation and stewardship of endowed
funds and memorials.

Collaborates with colleagues in the President’s Office, the Office
of the Senior Vice President for Advancement, and the Advancement
Division to support the highest levels of recognition and
stewardship; plans and manages new product creation and
development, source designers and artists to produce one-of-a-kind,
custom gifts for donors and friends of the College. Manages
Dartmart branded token gift program and associated budget. Works
with Office of the General Counsel, Procurement Services and Risk
Management colleagues to onboard new vendors, including managing
licensing, insurance and trademark registration.
Percentage Of Time
Serves as the point of contact and manages memorial gifts program,
consulting with Office of Endowment Administration colleagues and
others to prepare statements of understanding and other
documentation required to transact in memory of/in honor of gifts
in accordance with Dartmouth’s gift policy. Drafts stewardship
correspondence for communication with families and alumni. Serves
as point of contact and manages Dartmouth’s tree and bench
