Position: Mid-Plains Community College is hiring a student-centered, team-oriented, self-motivated, solution- focused, and innovative Associate Dean of Student Life. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to fostering a positive, safe, and healthy living-learning environment for MPCC community members; day-to-day operations in Residence Life, Student Conduct, and Student Organizations; supervision of Director of Residence Life; supervision of Counseling Services and CARE Team; coordinate Technology development and management; supervision of Assistant Director of Student Life - Leadership and Diversity; leadership of staff training, professional development, and student co-curricular programs; ensure quality communication of Student Life opportunities, programs, and initiatives, and other duties as assigned.

Mid-Plains Community College, a legislatively designated 18-county service area in West-Central Nebraska, is a comprehensive, open access, public, two-year community college system that offers associate degrees, diplomas, and certificates. MPCC consists of three main campuses, one located in McCook, Nebraska and two located in North Platte, Nebraska. Minimum Qualifications:

Master’s degree is required. Minimum of five years professional experience in post-secondary education and/or mental health related fields is required. Professional experience in a leadership role is preferred. Experience in Residence Life is a plus.
