Summary/Objective

American University Recreational Sports and Fitness is seeking qualified Personal Trainers for its growing member-based personal training program. Responsible for providing members with professional fitness assessments and exercise programs that are safe and effective. Personal Trainers will work with clients to reach their health and fitness goals. Personal Trainers will also participate in various health and fitness programs, events, and promotions the personal training program holds across the University. Applicants must be energetic and outgoing with a passion for health and fitness in addition to having experience in personal training. Candidates must hold a nationally recognized personal training certification. Current CPR/AED certification is also required.

Required Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
  • Applicants must possess and maintain a nationally recognized personal training certification along with a current CPR/AED certification as a requirement.
