Passionate about making a difference? Curious how leaders
become exceptional? Ever wondered why one team performs better than
another? If you answered yes to any of these questions this
role might be a great opportunity for you. The Center for
Leadership and Organizational Excellence at N.C. A&T State
University is looking for a detail oriented Program Manager who is
equally comfortable manipulating a spreadsheet as they are working
with a faculty member on their teaching materials and hosting
executive leaders in a workshop.
The Program Manager works in partnership with the center's director and other staff members to create efficient and replicable work processes and practices. This includes, but is not limited to, creating and managing vendor contracts and purchasing agreements, financial records, program timelines and budgets, operational calendar, and stakeholder reports. CLOE's Program Manager works independently with a wide range of educators and faculty members to refine and deliver with excellence an extensive set of professional growth workshops and learning events. They also actively manage CLOE's Learning Management System (LMS) and deliver leadership and organizational development initiatives consistent with their expertise and capability.
This is a re-post to extend recruitment. All current applicants remain under consideration.
