Provides support to the offices of Conference & Aux Services
and Revenue Enhancement.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED BY THE
- Makes calls/follows up on leads
- Administration of the University's room reservation software,
- Manages the receivables and collectibles of departments by
collaborating with Business Office staff
- Works with Advisors/Student Activities on events for student
- Acts as liaison with rental groups while they are on
- Provides administrative support to office
- Acts as back-up to Post Master
- Other tasks as assigned.
High school diploma is required;
Bachelor's degree preferred.

Other Requirements of the Job:
Good organization, time
management and superb customer services skills are also required.
Prior administrative and/or sales experience is preferred, but not
CERTIFICATION, REGISTRATION OR LICENSURE REQUIRED BY THE
