Help with management of various projects. Work with teams to make sure project deliverables are met. Focus on project timeline to anticipate deadline issues far enough in advance to adjust without harm. Conduct policy research, impact assessment and data analysis. Craft thorough and insightful memos and implementation strategies. Produce occasional blog posts. Run online engagements and high level convenings with experts and the public. Interact with outside stakeholders. Collaborate with other members of team and provide guidance on projects. Serve as informal mentor as needed.

  • BA degree and 5 years relevant work experience or satisfactory equivalent

    The ideal candidate will have:
  • Passion for the public interest
  • Proven ability of strong communication skills, oral and written
  • Proven ability to manage projects within scope and timelines
  • Research and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and in collaboration with others
  • Flexibility necessary to thrive in a startup environment
