Anderson University (SC) and the College of Arts and Sciences invite applications for a full-time, nine-month position in Human Development and Family Studies at the rank of assistant professor, to begin in Fall 2022. The ideal candidate will have a record of successful teaching that includes human development, family dynamics, statistics, and research methods. Experience advising and mentoring undergraduate students is preferred, and an interest or experience in developing innovative interdisciplinary and/or contemporary topics courses would be helpful. A Ph.D. in Human Development and Family Studies is required. CFLE credential through NCFR is desirable. Faculty status (including the option of tenure-track) will be determined at the time of appointment based upon experience and record of scholarship.
