Job Summary:

The Global Health Institute (GHI) is dedicated to improving and inspiring collaboration, educating tomorrow's leaders, and promoting research and outreach to improve well-being for all. We are looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking Administrative Assistant for the Global Health Institute who can provide general administrative support to the Global Health Institute Director and back up support to the Administrative Manager.

Qualifications:

- The person in this position must work well with the campus community and the public, including individuals from other countries and diverse backgrounds.
- Can work independently and effectively under general supervision with a wide variety of professional staff while exercising judgment, taking initiative, and seeking solutions to problems and improvements
- Effective verbal and written communication skills. Should be able to adapt communication style to suit different audiences.
- Use time effectively and efficiently with resources allocated to complete tasks; is punctual and meets deadlines; effectively prioritizes tasks at hand to meet expectations and communicates clearly and appropriately
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite required. Skills in Qualtrics, Google Workspace, InDesign MailChimp, and WordPress a plus

Salary:

Minimum $16.21 HOURLY
