Our Division of Student Affairs has begun the search for a Dean of
Student Success. The Dean of Student
Success oversees a minimum of eight functional areas and programs,
including; Career Counseling, Retention Counseling, First Year
Experience, Student Success Coaches, Academic Progress Standards,
Peer Mentors, Academic Advising, and TRIO.
The Dean of Student Success will ensure that the division is focused on student success and will provide the leadership necessary to move the College, faculty and staff forward in the implementation of policies, programs and practices that promote and achieve student success. The Dean will understand and foster holistic student development, and be committed to the improvement of student success and retention.
