It will also require aligning efforts and funding sources with the statewide U of M Medical School. In partnership with the Department Heads on the Duluth Campus, the Regional Campus Dean will ensure compliance of the campus with LCME accreditation standards, a compliant learning environment and a rigorous curriculum. In addition, they will encourage and enhance the support for faculty, staff and student efforts in education, research, and scholarship, and advance efforts to increase diversity, equity and inclusion on the campus.
